SPR-4007: Implementation of Risk-Based Bridge Inspection

This project will provide implementation assistance based on the findings of SPR 3653, which identified that INDOT could benefit by the implementation of risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies as related to setting bridge inspection intervals and scope. The ultimate goal is to move INDOT’s bridge inspection cycle from a calendar or time only based interval to one that incorporates risk into the inspection frequency decision.
