Close Call Confidential Reporting System
Demonstration project. Purpose was to demonstrate successful implementation of a near miss reporting system in freight and passenger operations. Program evaluation, formative and summative, is included in this project to document the costs and benefits of the program. Largely funded by the Office of Safety for the past 5 years.
