ICM Transit Vehicle Real-Time Data Demonstration - Light Rail Operations
This project will demonstrate the ability to collect and transmit light rail transit (LRT) vehicle passenger load data to a transit management center in real time to inform LRT operational decisions, particularly for Integrated Corridor Management (ICM). It will explore and assess the utility of real-time passenger load data, and examine the issues, challenges, and feasibility of its use.
