SPR-4015: Systemic Safety Countermeasures Decision Guide and Updating the Indiana Crash Reduction Factors

The study aims to update and expand the Crash Reduction Factors (CRFs) and develop an Indiana Safety Calculator to support INDOT's scoping and preliminary design via convenient implementation of the CRFs. The Safety Calculator will help generate simpler yet more cost-effective projects in a shorter time and promote better decisions about safety projects.
