SPR-3813: Performance of Warranted Asphalt Pavements: Smoothness and Performance of Indiana Warranted Asphalt Pavements

The goal of the project is review the use of asphalt pavement warranties. Two deliverables are expected from the project: 1) a report quantifying the performance of asphalt pavements built using the warranty specification in comparison to conventional asphalt pavements and recommending whether INDOT should reinstitute the use of warranties; and 2) an updated asphalt warranty special provision.
