INDOT-JTRP Project/Program Implementation Improvement

The goal of this project is to improve the process for implementation, tracking and validation of the INDOT‐JTRP projects/program and accelerate the implementation of INDOT‐JTRP project findings/recommendations. The value stream mapping process will be used to identify opportunities for improvement for FY 2015 and to develop an overall future state map for improving the number of projects successfully implemented.
