SPR-3945: Virtual Construction Inspection Technology

This project will develop procedures to leverage an inspector's time and efforts using virtual and automated techniques. In addition, video collected in this project will be used to create training videos for inspectors, as well as documentation of best practices for construction and field personnel use.
