SPR-3861: Quantifying the Benefit of Bonus/Deduct Factors on Asphalt Pavement
Research is needed to evaluate HMS quality control/quality assurance (QC/CA) pay factors in terms of pavement performance. This study will allow the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) to understand a correlation between the current pay factors and pavement performance. Reduced cost, longer pavement service life and improved performance are potential benefits of implementation of this research deliverables.
