SPR-3821: Real Time Traffic Mobility Measures

This project integrates real-time data into the Traffic Management Center operations and develops a series of real-time dashboards that can be utilized by technicians, engineers, planners, and developers to manage real-time traffic. The dashboards consist of a work zone assessment dashboard, an incident detection dashboard, and an interstate mobility dashboard. In addition to real-time dashboards, the data will continue to be used to produce subsequent versions of the Indiana Mobility Report series to assist in the prioritization of capital and operations investments.
