Consolidation Study for Motor Carrier Services
In response to an inquiry from the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the Nick J. Rahall, II Appalachian Transportation Institute (RTI) and the Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC) will conduct a joint study to examine and facilitate the consolidation of motor carrier services and the enforcement of the laws which assist in the final implementation of functions by the state in order to achieve Core Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN) compliance
