Multi Level Adaptive Remote Sensing Package for Bridge Scour Health Management (MARSS)
The MARSS framework will be developed and will integrate remote sensing and wireless technology for scour monitoring, adaptive information process, prognosis and decision support systems to provide valuable scour data, manage scour state and mode and estimate remaining useful time.
