International Border Crossing E-Screening FOT
The goal of this project is to improve motor carrier safety and efficiency at U.S. international borders by designing, developing performance specifications, testing, and evaluating the International Border Crossing (IBC) E-Screening system that will electronically screen commercial vehicles entering the United States.
