Electronic National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Collaboration Tool
The objective of this Task Order is to twofold: (1) Research available electronic process tools to enhance and expedite the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process (Phase I); and, (2) Develop and pilot, if determined necessary in Phase I, a prototype electronic tool that enhances and expedites interagency collaboration during the preparation and review of environmental documents (Optional Phase II).
