Every Day Counts Initiative - Flexibilities in Right of Way Deployment Plan

The purpose of this order is to develop communication and outreach processes to launch Every Day Counts (EDC) technical assistance, develop a EDC Toolkit that will include the following: checklists, policies and guidance, question and answer (Q & A) fact sheets, power-point presentations, and a strategy plan to launch technical assistance to stakeholders in advancing their implementation plans to shorten project delivery under the Every Day Counts Initiative - Flexibilities in Right of Way.
