Financing Public Transportation Facilities through Public Private Partnerships in American States
This research will provide a comprehensive description of various private public partnerships (PPPs) in American states to provide public transportation facilities, especially public highways. through an in-depth investigation of transportation PPP cases. The study will also identify best practices nationwide and provide lessons for government and business practitioners. In addition, adopting the lens of institutional and organizational environments and rationales that lead to adoption of various arrangements of transportation PPPs.
