Production Digital Highway Measurement (DHM) System Development

The objective of this research project is to develop software, specifications, and an operational manual for the production of the DHM System, and transfer DHM System technologies or capabilities indirectly, through demonstrations, or directly through licensing, to the commercial data scanning community and to researchers, to advance the state of the art in creating road data inventories for asset management, and to support future highway safety research.
