Transportation Network Resiliency Framework Development
With the high number of disaster events occurring in places with high population it is important to develop protocols to provide decision making tools to first responders and users of transportation networks. This work will consider the network level, the regional level and the user level to examine the resiliency of the system and potential for system recovery, to ensure the basic needs of users are met.
