Scrap Tire Research

This research project will determine the environmental and engineering properties that should be monitored during the construction of shredded tire embankments. Include instrumentation, installation, monitoring and an analysis plan. Implement the monitoring. What instruments are needed and how to construct and monitor them. The issue in Delaware is that the temperature is much higher in the summer than it is in New England.
