AUTOMATED AIRLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEMS

Research over the past several years has produced an interactive display system for scheduling airline resources such as aircraft, crews, gates, station manpower and facilities, etc. The goals of this project is to move these prototype systems into the field to discover their applicability to real world problems, further needs in terms of graphic interaction capability, and automated optimization of various steps in the scheduling process.
